What to Expect

Hormonal transitions take time. We support your healing in alignment with your body’s natural rhythm and adjust your care plan based on how you’re feeling and responding.

 

Mild to moderate symptoms (hot flashes, insomnia, mild cycle changes):
→ One acupuncture treatment per week for 3–4 months

 

More complex or long-standing concerns (PMDD, severe sleep issues, weight gain, mood instability):
→ Two acupuncture treatments per week for the first month
→ Then one treatment per week for an additional 3–4 months
