Eartha Armstrong

MSOM · Dipl O.M. · L.Ac  · FABORM

Founder & Clinic Director | Licensed Acupuncturist | Board-Certified Herbalist | Board-Certified Fertility Specialist

Hi, I’m Eartha Armstrong, licensed acupuncturist, clinical herbalist, and founder of Mulberry Acupuncture and Wellness. I built this clinic around a simple belief: your body is wise, and with the right support it can find its way back to balance.

My own healing story started with severe childhood asthma. After a frightening hospitalization and years on daily medication, I found acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, and the change was profound. I’ve now lived medication-free for many years. That experience is why I practice.

I earned my Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, with more than 3,000 hours of training in Chinese herbal medicine, pain, sleep, and emotional health. I’ve pursued advanced study in women’s health and reproductive medicine with respected mentors including Jane Lyttleton and Laura Erlich, and I hold board certification as a fertility specialist (FABORM).

Today my work spans hormones and cycles, fertility, perimenopause, pain and migraines, digestion, sleep, and mood, with a particular love for complex cases that haven’t found answers elsewhere: autoimmune conditions, thyroid issues, PCOS, endometriosis, and long COVID among them.

Whatever brought you in, I’d be honored to help you feel like yourself again.

WORK WITH EARTHA

  • Balance hormones and regulate your cycle

  • Support fertility, naturally or through IVF

  • Ease perimenopause and menopause symptoms

  • Relieve acute and chronic pain and migraines

Courtney Smith

MSAC · Dipl A.C. · L.Ac  · FABORM

Licensed Acupuncturist | Board-Certified Fertility Specialist

Hi, I’m Courtney Smith, a Colorado-licensed, nationally certified acupuncturist and board-certified fertility specialist (FABORM). I offer evidence-informed care for people navigating fertility, hormonal shifts, and every phase of women’s health.

I came to Chinese medicine through my own experience. Acupuncture helped me with digestive and mood struggles that conventional care hadn’t resolved, and it showed me how closely our physical and emotional health are linked. My background in yoga and as a chiropractic assistant deepened that curiosity and led me here.

I earned my Master of Science in Acupuncture from Southwest Acupuncture College, then spent several years in a busy women’s health clinic on the East Coast focused on fertility, including IUI and IVF support. I’ve since trained with leaders in the field including Jane Lyttleton, Laura Erlich, Claudia Citkovitz, and Dr. Lee Hullender Rubin.

Reproductive and cycle health is where I feel most at home: IVF and IUI support, natural cycle regulation, PCOS, endometriosis, and postpartum recovery. I also care for perimenopause, painful or irregular periods, and the stress, sleep, and digestive symptoms that so often travel with them.

As a practitioner and a mother, I know how much thoughtful support matters. I’d love to walk alongside you.

WORK WITH COURTNEY

  • Support for IVF, IUI, and natural conception

  • Regulate cycles and understand your body

  • Care for PCOS and endometriosis

  • Feel supported through pregnancy and postpartum

  • Ease stress, sleep better, and support digestion

Dr. Anne Devereux

DACM · Dipl O.M. · L.Ac  · CMBM

Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine | Licensed Acupuncturist | Board-Certified Herbalist | Certified Mind-Body Medicine Practitioner

Hi, I’m Dr. Anne Devereux, a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM), licensed acupuncturist, board-certified herbalist, and certified Mind-Body Medicine practitioner. I focus on whole-person care that blends East Asian medicine with modern, evidence-based approaches.

Much of my work centers on pain and orthopedics, nervous system regulation, and stress-related conditions, along with women’s health, perimenopause, and pediatrics. I love working with people of every age, from young children to adults.

I came to this medicine after starting my career in the biomedical field, working in women’s health across clinical and administrative roles. Years of unresolved digestive and skin issues eventually led me to an acupuncturist who gave me answers and relief in a single visit. That was the moment I knew I’d found my path.

I earned my master’s from Southwest Acupuncture College and completed my Doctorate at Pacific College of Health and Science in 2024. I’ve trained in sports medicine acupuncture, including trigger and motor point therapy, with Matt Callison and Amy Dickinson, in pediatrics with Robin Ray Green, and in Mind-Body Medicine with Dr. James Gordon.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stress and burnout, or supporting your child’s health, I’m here to help you feel grounded and strong again.

WORK WITH DR. ANNE

  • Relieve acute and chronic pain and sports injuries

  • Improve mobility, strength, and recovery

  • Resolve headaches and jaw, hip, back, and knee pain

Esme Cody

L.Ac · MaCHM · Dipl. Ac

Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist

Hi, I’m Esme Cody, a Colorado-licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. I earned my Master of Acupuncture with a specialization in Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, completing more than 3,000 hours of classroom training and over 1,000 hours of clinical work, and I’m nationally board-certified through the NCCAOM.

My path into this medicine started well before acupuncture school. I studied Global Studies and Alternative Medicine through Long Island University’s overseas program, living and learning across Latin America, India, China, and Indonesia alongside Chinese medicine mentors, Ayurvedic doctors, and traditional healers. That time shaped how I practice: rooted in classical tradition, curious about the whole person, and grounded in real connection.

Most of my clinical work centers on women’s health, fertility and hormonal balance, and stress. I’ve practiced with my belief that care should meet you exactly where you are. Alongside acupuncture, I work with custom herbal formulas, cupping, e-stim, and moxa depending on what your body needs.

Outside the clinic, I’m a new mom, and stepping into that season myself has only deepened how much I value walking alongside women through the meaningful transitions in their lives.

I meet you where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.

WORK WITH ESME

  • Make sense of your cycle, your hormones, and what your body is asking for

  • Custom Chinese herbal formulas, tailored to you and adjusted as you change

  • Find steadier ground when stress, sleep, or mood run high

  • Preconception and fertility care, grounded in whole-body health
