What to Expect

A focused 60-minute treatment without the long intake

This appointment is designed to be straightforward.

Before your visit, you will complete basic intake forms so we can treat you safely. When you arrive, your acupuncturist will do a brief check-in about what is going on, what needs attention, and any important safety considerations.

Then we will get you on the table.

Your treatment may include acupuncture and, when appropriate, cupping, gua sha, or e-stim. The goal is to make the visit useful, efficient, and restorative.

Herbs and supplements may be recommended when appropriate, but they are not included in the session price.

When a Full Consultation May Be Recommended

Some situations need a more complete treatment plan

First Responder Acupuncture Support sessions are best suited for focused care around stress, sleep, tension, aches, pains, and nervous system support.

If you are dealing with a complex health condition, complicated injury, chronic illness, fertility concerns, medication-sensitive concerns, or symptoms that need a more detailed review, we may recommend a full new client consultation.

This helps us make sure you receive the right level of care and a treatment plan that fits your needs.
